Privacy

This page is a placeholder for counsel. It is not a privacy policy. A social insurance number is stored encrypted, and the screens show the last three digits unless an owner, or the employee after entering their password, asks to see the full number. That view is written to the activity log. Payroll records and the optional marketing preference are kept in separate lists.
